How do I take care of my Clara Williams jewelry?
Each piece of Clara Williams jewelry is hand-crafted with unique materials. To maintain the beauty of your new treasures, we recommend storing them in the protective pouch they arrived in. Check for signs of wear and tear, especially for pieces worn frequently. We also recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising. Please be mindful that perfume, lotion and other beauty products may damage or alter your jewelry.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To clean leather bracelets and necklaces, we recommend using a damp piece of cloth with mild dish soap. For all other items, use a soft, dry cloth to remove any debris.
What if I need to repair my piece?
You may send your Clara Williams jewelry to us for professional TLC if needed.

What is your return policy?
We will exchange Clara Williams pieces for store credit within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returns for refund must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com or call our office at 312-280-7300.

Do you customize previously owned pieces of jewelry?
Yes, we do! One of our favorite things to do is to re-purpose your personal jewelry. Your own necklaces can be restrung onto our easy to use magnetic clasps to refresh their look and connect with our interchangeable centerpieces and tassels. Favorite pins and other treasured findings can be adapted to work with our magnetic clasps as well. Please email email@example.com for more info.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Virtual gift cards may be purchased and personalized through our website. It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. Gift cards purchased through our website must be used at www.clarawilliams.com. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside the US. Gift cards are non-refundable.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order?
Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your Shopping Bag, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.
I have two discount codes. How do I enter both?
We are only able to apply one discount code per order.
How do your promotions work?
All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.
Will my online order be taxed?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Texas, and Florida from our website.
