Shipping and Processing Time

We process and ship orders from our Chicago office Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM CST. We aim to process and ship your orders within 2-3 business days, but please understand that during peak holiday and promotional times or for select handcrafted pieces, it may take up to 10 business days. We will reach out and contact you if your order is expected to ship after 3 business days. You will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

Shipping & Handling

Our standard rate of $20 covers shipping, handling and insurance. 2-day and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Please note: Expedited shipping does not change processing time for custom or out-of-stock pieces.

Shipping to International locations may be subject to higher shipping charges and additional fees for taxes and duties. Please contact our sales team for more information prior to making your purchase. 

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise in new, unworn condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are accompanied by the original documentation and packaging. Please note that personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

You will receive an email notification from Clara Williams when we receive and process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.

CWC accepts returns or exchanges via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our address below (ATTN: RETURNS). CWC is NOT responsible for lost returns packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please address all returns and exchanges to:

Please note: Clara Williams accepts returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly through our website or showroom. Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned or exchanged at the original place of purchase, in accordance with that retailer’s return and exchange policy.
