What is your return policy?
Merchandise in new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. Please note that shipping fees are not included.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Virtual gift cards can be purchased and personalized on our website. They will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submission. Please note that gift cards must be redeemed at www.clarawilliams.com and cannot be used or purchased outside the US. Gift cards are non-refundable.
